FAIRBANKS - What difference does a little snow make when your day is all about ice carving?
For a dozen Eielson Air Force Base youngsters, the falling snow in no way hampered their efforts to whittle a block of ice into a horse, race car, whale, dinosaur, piano or a bust of mom, complete with hair extensions.
