			<description><![CDATA[ I noticed that the NICA Message Boards have been removed from the new NICA website. I do not know if they have intentions of reinstating the links but I will continue to run and moderate this and the Google Board regardless.  There has been a lot of interest in the past to retain the message boards and I'll keep them going.  I will try and improve them and make them better and easier to use. The ones I have were acquired through association with the right people.<br><br>I invite any suggestions as to the right route to take when trying to obtain the liquor contracts or the tactics used to sell ice to sponsored events, etc.  This is the area I lack in when it comes to selling new, unknown faces.<br><br>Please help! ]]></description>

Artistic Ice Design has created three full block sculpture designs to celebrate the occasion and is also offering a choice of four luges for soccer parties that will be held everywhere during the games.<br>Each sculpture is supplied in foam-in-place packaging for protection and comes with a set of gloves for easy set-up.... ]]></description>
