  Members of Stephan Koch's four-man carving team never guessed they'd be wearing T-shirts while carving ice in early March in Fairbanks.

  Holding court at the Cherryland Center, the Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District Career-Tech Center students sculpted four blocks of ice into a snowflake and snowboarder in the Younker's court area of the center.
